Returns & Exchanges
At Yoto, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
